Your usage of InvizBox is governed by the Terms of Service outlined below. This is a legally binding agreement between you and InvizBox Limited (InvizBox). If you do not agree to all or part of the terms outlined below, please do not use our website or services. By utilising our website or services you are agreeing and therefore bound by the Terms of Service.

The below Terms of Service may be changed without providing notice to any or all InvizBox users. The responsibility to review and stay up to date with the InvizBox Terms of Service, falls completely on the individual utilising InvizBox services and accessing the InvizBox website. If at any time you do not agree to the InvizBox Terms of Service, please immediately cease all use of services provided by InvizBox.

Services Provided By InvizBox

InvizBox provides VPN services as well as additional internet and computer security services. VPN services are utilised to protect customer data from getting into the wrong hands. By utilising our VPN services, third parties will be unable to monitor your usage of the internet including which websites you visit, what you’re streaming, and what you’re downloading among other things. InvizBox offers multiple server locations worldwide so you can appear as if you’re in any one of the cities offered in the InvizBox location list.

InvizBox is not liable for any illegal actions which take place while connected to the VPN network. Our company does not support the usage of InvizBox services for any illegal or criminal activity. InvizBox does not keep any logs regarding customer activity while connected to any of our VPN locations.

All of our server locations enlist a strict No-logs policy. This means we do not collect any information about which websites you’re visiting, which locations you’re connected to, or any other transactions processed through our VPN servers. The warranty obligations of InvizBox Ltd. for this product are limited to the terms set forth below:

What is covered:

This limited warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship in this product for a period of 24 months from the date of shipping of this product.

What is Not Covered:

This limited warranty does not cover any damage, deterioration or malfunction resulting from any alteration, modification, improper or unreasonable use or maintenance, misuse, abuse, accident, neglect, exposure to excess moisture, fire, improper packing and shipping (such claims must be presented to the carrier), lightning,power surges, or other acts of nature. This limited warranty does not cover any damage, deterioration or malfunction resulting from the installation or removal of this product, any unauthorized tampering with this product, any repairs attempted by anyone unauthorized by InvizBox Ltd. Any attempt to alter the functionality of the InvizBox beyond it’s original use will render this warranty void. This is to include (but not limited to) any remote shell based access to the router to perform tasks not directly authorised in writing by InvizBox Limited. In short, if you use a shell over SSH (or any other medium) and break things, it’s your own fault and we won’t be held responsible. We will probably help you anyway, because we’re nice like that. Any attempt to put a firmware on the InvizBox that is not directly authorised by InvizBox ltd. will render this warranty void.

Who is covered:

Only the original purchaser of this product is covered under this limited warranty. This limited warranty is not transferable to subsequent purchasers or owners of this product.

Returns under warranty:

The cost of return to InvizBox will be borne by the purchaser. If your return is within warranty and the defect has not been caused by user damage there are no handling charges for the repair and subsequent return to the purchaser. If the defect is not covered under warranty (e.g. where there is a fall/impact or water damage,improper use or that the product is outside the manufacturer’s warranty) we will send you a quotation for repairs. You can choose whether you agree with the repair (at the specified amount) or refrain from further settlement. In the latter case, your product will be sent back to you with a bill for any research and / or transport costs.

Refund Policy

Users must request a refund via our support portal as refunds cannot be actioned via any other channel. To prevent abuse, refunds are limited to one refund per 6 month period per device or service and any additional request will be denied. Refund requests are only valid for the initial period and will not be approved for recurrent payment periods.

If you are seeking a refund after paying for the services or hardware via a cryptocurrency, then you must provide a wallet address for the refund to be credited. You understand that using cryptocurrency as a transaction method, you are using a payment means that is not backed by an official governmental entity or international financial institution, and that the payment system may be prone to large fluctuations in value in a short period of time. You agree that any refunds for transactions using a specific cryptocurrency will be assessed on the cryptocurrency’s exchange rate to USD at the time of the refund disbursement, and not at the time of the original transaction or refund request whichever is the lower amount.

Hardware Orders:

InvizBox strives to provide the best service to all of our customers at all times. Within 30 days of purchasing your invizbox device, the original purchaser may request a refund and InvizBox will provide you a refund subject to terms and conditions. Refunds are processed by third-party providers depending on which payment method you used to sign up. Refunds are only possible to the same source used to purchase the InvizBox device.

InvizBox VPN Service:

Within 30 days of original payment, the original purchaser may request for a refund and InvizBox will provide you a refund subject to terms and conditions. Customers of InvizBox retain the right to cancel their VPN subscription with InvizBox at any time and will terminate at the end of the current billing period. However, cancellation of your account with InvizBox does not warrant a refund or credit for unused time remaining in your subscription. Your account can also be cancelled and immediately terminated at any time due to violation of the InvizBox terms of service. Cancellation resulting from violating InvizBox Terms of Service, will not result in any refund or credit. In the event of an unauthorised chargeback, your account details shall be blacklisted.

Account Creation & Security

Customers that want to utilize InvizBox services are subject to requiring an account with either InvizBox, its partners or both. This account will be used to sign in on our applications, as well as access the customer management interface at https://shop.invizbox.com/dashboard/. Creating an account allows InvizBox to also track payments and manage your subscription to the services.

Your account is solely your responsibility. Any activity taking place on a device using your account, will remain your responsibility regardless of your network connection to InvizBox servers. InvizBox will not be held responsible for any activity performed by users subscribed to its service.

Security of your account details is also a responsibility of individual customers at InvizBox. As a customer, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your authentication details related to your InvizBox account. Selling or trading your InvizBox account with another individual(s) is strictly prohibited; any customer participating in such practice will have their account terminated without any notice period. InvizBox retains the right to cancel your account at any time.

InvizBox is not liable for any lost or stolen account details related to the InvizBox services. If for any reason your customer details have been altered or utilised without your permission, you will need to contact InvizBox as soon as possible by emailing support@invizbox.com.


You acknowledge that InvizBox reserves the right to create a subscription service through one or more third party merchants. Payments will be charged on the day you sign up for service and will cover use of that service for the duration on the service level plan. A subscription plan is an automatic payment recurring based on the service plan. All accounts are offered as is at the time of purchase. Future services offered by InvizBox, or its partners may not be included with the cost of the subscription. You may cancel the subscription at any time; the account will remain active for the remainder of your billing cycle.

InvizBox reserves the right to change the fees at any time at its discretion. If InvizBox increases it’s fees, existing customers will remain on their subscription price at the time of signup. The Customer understands that InvizBox is not obligated to honour errors due to typos and is not responsible for misinformation provided on third party websites or affiliates. Subscriber also understands that any gift-card based transactions for service are not subject to any reductions in price, discounts, promotional rates, or other lowered subscription rates.

Age Restrictions

InvizBox is intended for individuals 18 years of age or older. Individuals under the age of 18 are prohibited from utilising our website or services except with the permission of a parent or guardian. If you are aware of any user under the age of 18 utilising our services, please report this activity immediately to support@invizbox.com.

Prohibited Activities

Users of the InvizBox VPN service are welcome to use our VPN services for legal purposes. However, users of InvizBox are not allowed to use our services for the following purposes :

  • Committing any unlawful act as per local, or international law.
  • Sending any malicious software including trojan horses, viruses, spyware, malware, worms, or other harmful programs.
  • Disrupting the InvizBox service in any type of malicious way.
  • Attempting to gain unauthorized access to InvizBox infrastructure/software/data.
  • Distribution of copyright material through any means.
  • Misrepresenting any data of any form.
  • Hide your identity for the purpose of committing a crime or committing any malicious act.
  • Sending any type of spam or unsolicited email over the network.
  • Downloading, uploading, or in any way accessing sexual or explicit material related to minors.
  • Performing any type of malicious act including hacking, cracking, denial of service attacks, or any other nefarious activity.
  • Sending, posting or transmitting any data which can be construed as defamatory, illegal, hateful, infringing on copyright, invading privacy, fraudulent, identity theft, and other similar activities.

If you are reported to be using our VPN service for any of these purposes, we will investigate further and InvizBox retains the right to suspend/cancel your service and/or support at its sole discretion.

Third Party Linking

InvizBox may at times provide links to other publicly available content from the internet. InvizBox is not liable for any content provided by third parties. Users may follow links provided on InvizBox’s website at their sole discretion. InvizBox cannot guarantee the validity or reliability of any information posted on third party websites that may be linked throughout our website. After leaving the InvizBox website, InvizBox cannot guarantee that any third party website will value customer privacy as highly as we do. For this reason, InvizBox stresses the importance of reviewing the Privacy Policy and Terms of Service on any externally linked websites.


By agreeing to the Terms of Service which govern your use of InvizBox, you agree that InvizBox will not be held liable for any third party losses, claims, damages, or costs which may arise due to your use of InvizBox. This includes but is not limited to attorney fees or losses resulting from any legal action you may be involved in. InvizBox is also not liable for any malicious or unlawful action potentially taken by its users while connected to the InvizBox servers. Our company will also not be liable for any legal costs which are incurred as a result of breaching our Terms of Service or any action towards a third party while connected to VPN servers provided by InvizBox.

Limitation of Liability

InvizBox provides an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” service in relation to its website and VPN platform. Our company does not guarantee that our VPN platform will be error-free or our applications will be error-free under any and all circumstances. Your usage of our VPN services is based on your sole discretion; InvizBox cannot guarantee uptime, speed, or a specific quality of service due to the nature of VPN networks and routing. User experience can be different depending on which locations are being connected to, which device or network they’re connecting from, and other external factors. For this reason, InvizBox will not provide a service level guarantee to its customers; however, InvizBox will put its best efforts forward to provide the highest level of service at any given time.

InvizBox and its members, affiliates, or employees will not be responsible for any losses or damages resulting from the usage of our VPN services. InvizBox is not liable for any losses or damages incurred by customers due to breaching of our Terms of Service or the inability to access our website and software at any point in time. Your usage of services provided by InvizBox, is strictly and solely your responsibility.

By utilising our website and services, you hereby agree to our Terms of Service and as such release any parties including service providers, affiliates, directors, employees, and officers from any liability in relation to your usage of InvizBox.

Abuse of staff

Any abuse of staff in any way will result in a termination of this agreement, remove your right to a refund and result in a cessation of any further contact from InvizBox Limited.

Governing Law & Arbitration

InvizBox Limited is a company registered in the Republic of Ireland and as such our Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ireland. Through using InvizBox services or utilising the InvizBox website, you agree to our Terms of Service and an exclusive jurisdiction of the Republic of Ireland for any and all relative disputes.

By agreeing to our Terms of Service, you also agree that any claims you may bring forth against InvizBox Limited for any reason, must be decided through arbitration rather than alternative methods. In the case of arbitration, the arbitrator must be a professional with a strong background in relation to networking, computer systems, and virtual private networks.

Any arbitration case started against InvizBox Limited will end with an award to one of the involved parties. In the case that InvizBox is not the complainant, this reward will never exceed the total amount paid by you to InvizBox for the use of its products or services. As part of this arbitration clause, InvizBox includes any and all employees, contractors, officers, directors, and any legal entity tied to InvizBox Limited.
